                               RESOLUTION NO. 19347
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF A PORTION OF BROAD STREET MORE
                   PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN ON SATURDAY,
                   MAY 23, 1992 FOR THE PRESENTATION OF
                   "CHATTANOOGA MARCH FOR JESUS" UNDER THE
                   SPONSORSHIP OF FRONT LINE MINISTRIES.
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized
       temporary closing of southbound Broad Street between 4th Street
       and M.L. King Boulevard on Saturday, May 23, 1992 from 8:00 a.m.
       to 1:00 p.m. for the presentation of "Chattanooga March for 
Jesus"
       under the sponsorship of Front Line Ministries, provided that the 

       sponsors shall set out and pick up all flasher barricades, 
traffic
       cones and traffic control signs in accordance with the traffic
       control plan attached hereto and shall provide at all times an
       access lane for emergency vehicles.
